Karl Myers Appointed Vice-Chair of ABA/TIPS Appellate Advocacy Committee

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Karl S. Myers was appointed Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s Appellate Advocacy committee on August 5 at the ABA’s annual meeting in Chicago. The mission of the Committee is to connect tort and insurance appellate practitioners throughout the country to facilitate the sharing of ideas and developments in appellate practice.

Myers is a leading Pennsylvania appellate lawyer who has argued and briefed dozens of precedent-setting cases before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. He maintains a particular focus on cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Commonwealth and Superior Courts, including litigation involving state constitutional challenges, insurance insolvency and regulatory matters, Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law requests, government contracting and bid-protest disputes, complex commercial actions, and many other types of civil cases.
