Zach Alexander Speaks at Investment Company Institute’s Tax & Accounting Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Zachary P. Alexander served as a panelist at the Investment Company Institute’s 2018 Tax & Accounting Conference on Oct. 2 in San Diego. The  panel, “Domestic Tax Update for Funds and Management Companies,” focused on legislative and regulatory developments and state tax issues, and Alexander’s portion was on the implications for management companies of the recent Supreme Court decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair.

Alexander focuses his practice on tax issues related to corporate mergers and acquisitions, partnerships (including private investment partnerships and limited liability companies), and state and local taxation. He also lends tax advice to the firm’s investment management/mutual fund and banking practices and handles tax controversies. Alexander regularly advises clients on tax planning with respect to entity formation and operation, multi-state taxes, and corporate acquisitions and dispositions.
