Financial Services Litigation Counsel Adam Weiss Joins Stradley Ronon

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon announced today that it has continued its New York office expansion with the hiring of Adam D. Weiss, as counsel in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation group.

Weiss represents banks and other financial institutions in commercial litigation, including matters involving allegations under the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and related federal and state consumer protection laws.    

Weiss graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and earned his B.A., with distinction, from Cornell University.
