Kristen Gibbons Feden Speaks at Criminal Law & Forensics Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Kristen Gibbons Feden presented at the 10th Annual Criminal Law & Forensics Conference on April 12 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Feden’s panel, “Bringing Cosby to Justice: The First Conviction in the #MeToo Era,” provided a thorough case analysis on the Commonwealth v. Cosby case of which she, alongside District Attorney Kevin Steele and M. Stewart Ryan prosecuted. This presentation focused on the most impactful decisions made in the Cosby case, the challenges of trying the case twice under an international microscope, and the critical value of having the same detective involved from the first investigation in 2005 through conviction in 2018. Ryan presented alongside Feden.
