Elizabeth Kuschel Speaks at the Philadelphia Bar Association Human Resources CLE

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Elizabeth A. Kuschel presented at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Human Resources CLE on April 18. Kuschel’s panel, “HR for Solos, Small Firms and Small Businesses,” examined human resources issues facing solos, small firms and small businesses, including drafting of employee handbooks, compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations, the Philadelphia Fair Practices Act, FMLA requirements and leave policies.

Kuschel concentrates her practice on representing clients in civil litigation matters, including employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims.
