Stradley Ronon Partner Speaks at ACLI Compliance & Legal Sections Annual Meeting

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Kristin J. Jones served as a panelist at The American Council of Life Insurers Compliance & Legal Sections Annual Meeting in Fort Lauderdale on July 16. Jones’ panel, “The Future of Consumer Privacy in the Tech Revolution: Is it Time for Federal Preemption?” discussed the evolution of consumer privacy amidst rapid technological advancement.

Jones advises clients in data privacy and security matters, working to protect clients before and after a cyber incident – from preparing privacy and security policies to swift guidance on responding to a data breach. She understands the evolving security threats and the importance of protecting health information maintained by her clients. In addition to her client work, Jones serves as chief privacy officer for the firm, and is responsible for protecting the firm’s data – including information received from our clients – from unauthorized users.
