Stradley Ronon Attorney Speaks at Wisconsin Serving Victims of Crime Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Kristen Gibbons Feden presented at the 10th annual Wisconsin Serving Victims of Crime Conference on August 22. Kristen presented the keynote address “Bringing Cosby to Justice: Investigating and Prosecuting High Profile and Cold Sexual Assault Cases” focusing on the investigation and prosecution of high profile cases, and prosecution of cold sexual assault cases. Using the case study of the Commonwealth v. Cosby, Kristen analyzed some of the most impactful decisions made in the Cosby case; providing lessons learned and matters to consider when responding to similar cases. Kristen also offered subject matter expertise in prosecuting high profile and cold sexual assault cases and how all disciplines involved play a critical role for reaching justice in a Q&A “Fireside Chat: High Profile and Cold Sexual Assault Cases.”
