Stradley Ronon Attorney Speaks at American Bar Association’s Fall Tax Meeting

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Jacquelyn Gordon served as a panelist at American Bar Association’s 2019 Fall Tax Meeting on Oct. 4 in San Francisco, California. Gordon’s panel, “Actively Managed ETFs: Tax and Securities Law Considerations,” explored non-transparent ETFs, securities law considerations, tax considerations for ETFs and the impact of exemptive relief on open-end funds and ETFs.

Gordon provides in-depth tax analysis and guidance at the international, federal, state and local levels for limited liability companies, partnerships, S-corporations and C-corporations, with a focus on investment companies and tax-exempt organizations. Jacquelyn advises her clients about the tax aspects of employment issues, business restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions, and finance transactions.
