Nicole Kalajian Presents at National Regulatory Services Fall Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Nicole Kalajian served as a panelist at the National Regulatory Services Fall Compliance Conference on Oct. 16 in Huntington Beach, California. Kalajian spoke on the panel, “Private Fund Advertising and Distribution,” covering the regulations for advertising and distribution of private fund interests under the SEC enforcement policies. Kalajian also spoke on the panel, “Compliance Considerations Related to Digital Assets and Blockchain,” discussing regulatory developments in blockchain and digital assets and policies related to digital assets.

Kalajian represents securities and commodities professionals in a variety of complex regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. She has extensive experience launching and advising various investment vehicles, such as hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, commodity pools, fund of funds and socially responsible investment vehicles. Kalajian provides legal and compliance guidance to registered and exempt investment advisers, commodity pool operators, commodity trading advisers, futures commission merchants, introducing brokers, forex firms, proprietary trading firms and broker-dealers.
