PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Nicole Kalajian served as a panelist on a Washington DC Compliance Round Table webinar on March 31. The webinar, “Coronavirus Considerations for SEC and CFTC Registrants, addressed the importance of documenting the implementation of compliance policies and procedures brought on by COVID-19. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be judging the effectiveness of policies during the crisis as part of the next examination period.

Kalajian represents securities and commodities professionals in a variety of complex regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. She has extensive experience launching and advising various investment vehicles, such as hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, commodity pools, fund of funds and socially responsible investment vehicles.
