PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Adam Brown participated in the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey webinar on June 17. Brown joined Theresa Richardson, Partner and Chief Talent Office of Withum, to present “Tips & Best Practices for Getting Back to Business,” which covered tips on prevention, guidance, health assessment and staggering shifts.

Brown is a litigator and counselor who focuses his practice on employment and labor matters. He has represented companies in a wide variety of employment-related litigation, including claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, ERISA, and other federal and state employment laws. He has defended clients in federal court, state court, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, other administrative agencies, and arbitration proceedings. Brown also advises clients regarding hiring, wage payment issues, sexual harassment prevention, internal complaints and investigations, disciplinary and termination matters, human resources policies, social media issues, restrictive covenants, and theft of trade secrets and other proprietary material.
