Nicole Kalajian Moderates Washington DC Compliance Round Table Web Event

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Nicole Kalajian served as a moderator for the Washington DC Compliance Round Table web event on July 9. Kalajian co-hosted with Marina Baranovsky, Principal Owner of Scitus Consulting LLC. The event featured Peter Haggerty, Senior Regulatory Counsel of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations, who discussed current legal and compliance trends as well as COVID-19 information for SEC registrants.

Kalajian represents securities and commodities professionals in a variety of complex regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. She has extensive experience launching and advising various investment vehicles, such as hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, commodity pools, fund of funds and socially responsible investment vehicles.
