Karl Myers Appointed Chair of ABA/TIPS Appellate Advocacy Committee

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce Karl S. Myers was appointed Chair of the Appellate Advocacy committee of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section during the ABA’s annual meeting on Aug. 4. The mission of the Committee is to connect tort and insurance appellate practitioners throughout the country to facilitate the sharing of ideas and developments in appellate practice.

Myers is a leading Pennsylvania appellate lawyer who has argued and briefed dozens of precedent-setting cases before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. He maintains a particular focus on cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Commonwealth and Superior Courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, including appeals involving federal and state constitutional challenges, state administrative agency decisions, insurance insolvency and regulatory matters, Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law requests, government contracting and bid-protest disputes, complex commercial actions, and many other types of civil cases.
