PHILADELPHIA – Karl S. Myers, chair of Stradley Ronon’s appellate group, served as a panelist at a Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE on Dec. 10. Myers discussed the separation of powers under the Pennsylvania Constitution in the context of disputes between Pennsylvania’s legislative and executive branches over the Governor’s pandemic-related executive orders.

Myers is a leading Pennsylvania appellate lawyer who has argued and briefed dozens of precedent-setting cases before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. He maintains a particular focus on cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Commonwealth and Superior Courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, including appeals involving state constitutional challenges, state agency decisions, insurance insolvency and regulatory matters, Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law requests, government contracting and bid-protest disputes, complex commercial actions, and many other types of civil cases.
