Nicole Kalajian Moderates Washington DC Compliance Round Table Event with National Futures Association

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Nicole Kalajian served as a moderator with Marina Baranovsky of Scitus Consulting for the Washington DC Compliance Round Table webinar event on Sept. 17. Kalajian and Baranovsky joined representatives from National Futures Association to discuss the best industry practices during COVID-19, new regulatory developments including succession planning, intra-agency regulatory initiatives as well as most recent industry trends and ways to strengthen legal and compliance programs.

Kalajian represents securities and commodities professionals in a variety of complex regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. She has extensive experience launching and advising various investment vehicles, such as hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, commodity pools, fund of funds and socially responsible investment vehicles.
