Nicole Kalajian Moderates Washington DC Compliance Round Table Discussion on the SEC’s New Marketing Rule

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Nicole Kalajian, joined Marina Baranovsky, Principal Owner at Scitus Consulting LLC, to moderate the Washington DC Compliance Round Table on Jan. 14. The event, titled, “SEC Hot Topics: The New Marketing Rule,” featured Christine Ayako Schleppegrell, Senior Counsel in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Private Funds Branch. Schleppegrell discussed the SEC’s noteworthy new Marketing Rule which will impact investment advisers and private funds indefinitely.
