Nicole Kalajian Discusses the SEC’s New Marketing Rule with the Washington DC Compliance Round Table

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Nicole Kalajian joined Marina Baranovsky of Scitus Consulting to present the Washington DC Compliance Round Table, “The SEC’s New Marketing Rule,” on Feb. 4. Kalajian and Baranovsky provided an overview of the SEC’s new Marketing Rule and discussed general prohibitions, testimonials and endorsements, third party marketing, performance information, recordkeeping, form ADV revisions, no-action letter withdrawals and transition considerations.
