Nicole Kalajian Moderates the Washington DC Compliance Round Table Featuring SEC Speaker Marta Rodgers Fischl

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Nicole Kalajian joined Marina Baranovsky of Scitus Consulting to moderate the Washington DC Compliance Round Table on March 25. The event featured Marta Rodgers Fischl, Attorney-Adviser in the SEC Division of Examinations’ Chicago Regional Office’s IA/IC Group. Fischl provided an overview of the Division’s National Examination Program, including the selection process, priorities, and best practices when encountering SEC examinations.

Kalajian represents securities and commodities professionals in a variety of regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. She has extensive experience with respect to hedge funds, commodity pools, private equity funds, cryptocurrency funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, fund of funds and socially responsible investment vehicles.
