Nicole Kalajian Explores Issues Impacting the Futures and Derivatives Industry

CHICAGO – Stradley Ronon Attorney Nicole Kalajian served as a panelist for the Chicago Bar Association webcast, “Futures & Derivatives Law: What’s New and What’s Next?,” on June 16. Kalajian’s seminar covered international developments, including CTFC and CPO updates, and other practical guidance and insight relating to current issues impacting the futures and derivatives industry.

Kalajian represents securities and commodities professionals in a variety of complex regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. She has extensive experience launching and advising various investment vehicles, such as hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, commodity pools, fund of funds and socially responsible investment vehicles.
