PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Law360 selected Partner Anastasia Sheffler-Wood as a 2021 Rising Star in recognition of her corporate transactional work in the transportation industry. The nationwide award honors the “top legal talent under 40” in the U.S., whose career accomplishments transcend their age. Sheffler-Wood was one of only three transportation attorneys chosen for this recognition among more than 1,400 applicants.

Winners were selected based upon notable professional achievements in their respective disciplines. Sheffler-Wood’s nomination highlighted her leadership and role on several high-profile matters, including her representation of Triumph Group, Inc., a global leader in manufacturing aerospace structures and systems, in a series of strategic transactions to effectuate Triumph’s well-publicized transformative action plan to reshape its portfolio.

Sheffler-Wood serves as lead counsel on corporate transactions for both large public companies and privately held global enterprises. Clients rely on her legal acumen, practical guidance and innovative problem-solving to effectively navigate domestic and cross-border transactions. She was previously named a winner of The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders Award and honored as a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer. She has held multiple leadership roles in the Greater Philadelphia business community and participates in numerous charitable activities.
