Stradley Ronon Welcomes Associate Daniel Fanaselle

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that attorney Daniel C. Fanaselle has joined the firm as a litigation associate in the Philadelphia office.

“As an up-and-coming litigator, Daniel has a reputation for helping clients achieve their business goals, and we’re excited he’s bringing his unique skill set and top-notch experience to the Stradley team,” said Michael D. O’Mara, partner and chair of the firm’s 65-attorney litigation department.

Fanaselle concentrates his litigation practice on advising banks, mortgage lenders/servicers, debt collection and auto finance companies, financial institutions and creditors in both state and federal court. He is experienced in matters involving alleged violations of consumer protection statutes, collections and foreclosures.

Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Fanaselle was an attorney at a boutique firm focused on business and commercial litigation. Fanaselle earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the Rubin Public Interest Honor Society. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Dickinson College.
