Kelly, Ph.D., presented at the inaugural 2022 BioStrategy Partners Practical Knowledge Series on Jan. 14. An experienced life science patent attorney, Kelly joined a leading panel of specialists discussing the fundamentals of creating and building a startup for an invention. The group also provided a comprehensive insight into the current state of startups in the biotech industry.

Kelly focuses his practice on
intellectual property matters and has experience serving as an advisor to pharmaceutical, biotech and scientific instrumentation companies in all aspects of patent law. He has handled preparing and prosecuting patent applications, formulating and maintaining biotech intellectual property estates, due diligence, freedom-to-operate studies and licensing. Kelly has also represented pharmaceutical companies in intellectual property litigation matters, including patent infringement and abbreviated new drug applications.
