Securities Litigation & Enforcement Lawyer Joins Stradley Ronon

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon announced that attorney Nathan S. Grossman has joined the firm as an associate in the litigation department.

In his practice, Grossman focuses on advising multinational corporations and boards of directors in securities litigation and enforcement actions, complex commercial litigation, internal corporate investigations and white-collar criminal defense. In addition, he maintains an active pro bono practice, including the representation of multiple asylees in immigration court.

Prior to joining the firm, Grossman was an associate at the Chicago office of an international law firm. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. During law school, Grossman worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Terrence G. Berg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
