PHILADELPHIA – Partner Adam J. Petitt spoke at the 13th Annual Advanced Forum on Managed Care Disputes and Litigation hosted by the American Conference Institute on March 30. Petitt presented on a panel entitled “Payor Provider Litigation: Building Your Case Strategy with Lessons from the Most Influential Decisions of the Past Year,” which covered details explanations on some of the year’s most notable disputes concerning in and out of network providers.
Petitt is a trial lawyer who possesses particular experience representing carriers, providers, hospitals and health care systems in the health care industry on matters involving ERISA, Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, insurance fraud, False Claims Act and other federal and state fraud and abuse laws, high-stakes reimbursement and network agreement disputes, and provider contracting.
