Nicholas Federici spoke at a series of events hosted by the Financial Executives Alliance, which took place in Connecticut on April 5 and repeated in New York on April 6 and 7. The event, “The SEC’s Proposal to Enhance Private Fund Investor Protection,” covered topics such as the enhancement of regulations, increasing transparency of statements and additional requirements of GP-led secondaries.
Federici serves as co-chair of the firm’s
private investment funds practice and has extensive experience representing clients in the private investment funds and alternative investment industries. He advises clients in connection with the formation and organization of domestic and offshore hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, cryptocurrency funds and other corporate and financing transactions. Federici also counsels clients on various securities-related legal, corporate and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and divestitures, debt and equity financing transactions.
