Patrick Kelly Serves as Speaker at Philadelphia Cell & Gene Therapy Annual Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that counsel and member of the firm’s intellectual property group, Patrick J. Kelly, Ph.D., was a speaker at the annual Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) Conference in King of Prussia, PA. Kelly’s panel, “Strategic Approaches to an Intellectual Property Portfolio,” took place on June 18.

Hosted by the Sino-American Pharmaceutical Professionals Association - Greater Philadelphia, CGT was created to bring together innovators and business leaders to foster collaborations and advance gene therapeutics in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Kelly focuses his practice on intellectual property matters and has experience serving as an advisor to pharmaceutical, biotech and scientific instrumentation companies in all aspects of patent law. He has handled preparing and prosecuting patent applications, formulating and maintaining biotech intellectual property estates, due diligence, freedom-to-operate studies and licensing. Kelly has also represented pharmaceutical companies in intellectual property litigation matters, including patent infringement and abbreviated new drug applications.
