
Kevin M. Rajan
Associate
Kevin Rajan defends public and privately held companies in federal and state courts and before arbitral tribunals. He has experience counseling clients in complex commercial disputes, government and internal investigations, and white collar litigation.
Kevin is well-versed in representing clients in a variety of matters involving claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), among others. His experience includes researching and drafting motions, interviewing witnesses, managing e-discovery, and assisting with case management.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Kevin was a litigation associate at an Am Law 10 firm. He also served as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Nitza Quiñones Alejandro of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he gained experience drafting opinions and orders for a host of civil and criminal cases. At Temple University Beasley School of Law, Kevin served as a staff editor for the Temple Law Review.
Kevin is also committed to pro bono work, having assisted immigrants seeking asylum in the United States.
