PHILADELPHIA — The Legal Intelligencer’s 2026 Pennsylvania Legal Awards recognized three Stradley Ronon investment management partners for outstanding achievements, and who will be celebrated at an awards dinner on June 11 in Philadelphia as well as featured in a special editorial section of the publication.

• Lifetime Achievement Winner - honored for a distinguished career spanning more than four decades, Kristin Ives has played a central role in some of the  largest and most complex projects defining the asset management industry. She counsels investment companies, their boards of directors and trustees, and investment advisers on securities, transactional, compliance, and corporate matters under federal and state law, particularly as they relate to pooled investment products, including registered open-end and closed-end investment companies.
• Distinguished Leaders Winner – Brian Murphy’s recognition reflects his work in the exchange-traded fund (ETF) share class space, where he advises clients on complex regulatory and policy issues informed by his prior experience at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and his in‑house experience at one of the world’s largest asset management firms. He advises registered investment companies, their boards of directors, and investment advisers on legal and regulatory matters and has been instrumental in helping clients file and secure exemptive applications with the SEC for ETF share‑class relief.
• Unsung Heroes Winner - recognized for her impact on the firm and broader community, Amy Fitzsimmons has helped shape the growth and culture of the firm and its investment management practice for more than two decades through her leadership, mentorship and legal excellence. She plays a key role in leading internal committees dedicated to supporting the professional and personal development of associates and counsel. Amy advises investment company and investment advisory clients on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters under federal and state securities laws.
