NEW YORK — Stradley Ronon partner Jamie Gershkow served as a panelist at the 35th IBA Global Challenges and Opportunities for the Asset Management Industry Conference in Boston on June 8. The panel, “A Deeper Dive Into Liquidity and Valuation Challenges,” covered global asset managers’ approaches to liquidity risk management and valuation, and the complexities of navigating cross-border regulatory frameworks. The panelists also discussed product design considerations across different jurisdictions and emerging developments in liquidity and valuation. Jamie leads the firm’s efforts in advising some of the largest money market fund (MMF) sponsors and their independent trustees on MMF regulatory matters. More broadly, Jamie counsels investment companies, independent trustees and investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters and the applicability and interpretation of securities laws. Jamie is the partner-in-charge of the firm’s New York office.
