Overview

Michelle Badolato concentrates her practice in the areas of financial services litigation, banking litigation and law, commercial litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy. Her background, however, has spanned a variety of other practice areas including construction law, intellectual property, real estate transactions, insurance defense, family law and probate matters. Michelle is presently a member of the financial services litigation group which resolves disputes involving consumer and commercial financial products or services.

  • represented secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 commercial and consumer bankruptcies
  • obtained summary judgment awards on behalf of mortgage servicers from consumer claims based on predatory lending; lack of standing to foreclose; and violations of TILA, RESPA and state unfair trade practices laws

Michelle is the Immediate Past President of the Camden County Bar Association. She is also the President of and plays a key role in planning and organizing charitable events for the Camden County Bar Foundation to raise money for student scholarships and numerous community service projects. She has participated in the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inn of Court for many years. She has also been a member of the various South Jersey Chambers of Commerce. She enjoys cheering for Baltimore Ravens football and is a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
