Jason Bitsky


Jason Bitsky has wide-ranging experience across the gamut of business law, including corporate and commercial transactions, finance, securities and capital markets, real estate, debtor/creditor, and corporate governance and compliance. Currently, he is primarily involved in commercial finance, including asset-based lending, acquisition financing and distressed debt restructuring. Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Jason spent most of his career practicing corporate law at major New York law firms. He also worked for several years as general counsel for a luxury resort property development and management company.
