Taurien Buffaloe focuses his practice on counseling investment companies including mutual funds, private funds, closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds, and investment advisers on regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues. He advises investment management clients in all aspects of legal representation, including drafting and reviewing registration statements, proxy solicitation materials, and other regulatory filings; researching various securities and corporate law issues; and preparing board materials.
Taurien graduated from Rutgers Law School, where he was the president of the Black Law Students Association and Business Law Club. Prior to law school, Taurien worked as a financial analyst at Stursberg & Fine Investment Banking in Philadelphia. He graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in finance.
