Joseph F. Dell'Aquila


Joseph Dell’Aquila concentrates his practice on commercial real estate finance with a specific focus on representing investment banks, commercial finance companies and other real estate funds. He regularly advises clients on commercial loan transactions, including asset-based loans, real estate financing, repurchase facilities and securitizations.

Before joining Stradley Ronon, Joseph was an associate at a Philadelphia area law firm, where he advised clients on real estate financing. He obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law and earned his B.A. in political science, and crime law and justice from Pennsylvania State University.
