Nancy Fisher focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, representing corporate and institutional clients in a range of litigation matters in the healthcare, insurance, securities and other industries. Nancy’s litigation practice also includes researching and drafting legal memoranda and motions, attending conferences and supporting case management.
Nancy received her J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, Nancy worked as Symposium and Articles Editor for the Temple Law Review. Nancy also clerked for the Hon. Timothy R. Rice of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania through the Federal Judicial Clerkship Honors Program. While attending Temple, Nancy worked as a law clerk for DLA Piper LLP and as a summer associate at Stradley Ronon, PNC Bank and Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. Nancy also served as an undergraduate intern at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Nancy earned her B.A., cum laude, in Criminology and Psychology at Villanova University.
