Javier focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, representing corporate and institutional clients in a range of business litigation matters.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Javier was an assistant prosecutor at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, where he initiated investigations in New Jersey that focused on high-level criminal targets. Javier advanced those investigations through grand jury subpoenas, cooperation agreements, computer data warrants and surveillance operations. Javier developed his advocacy and litigations skills by successfully trying numerous jury trials and prosecuting individuals charged with crimes, including murder, robbery, aggravated assault and domestic violence.
Javier earned his J.D. at Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, where he was a member of the Rutgers Moot Court Board and the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. During law school, Javier was a senior intern for the Hon. Michael A. Shipp, U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and a legal intern for the Hon. Joseph R. Rosa, Jr., Superior Court of New Jersey. Upon graduation, Javier served as a law clerk for the Hon. Terrence R. Cook, Superior Court of New Jersey.
