Rachael Gordon


Rachael Gordon represents banks, commercial finance companies and other commercial lenders in commercial loan transactions, including asset-based and real estate financing. She also assists individuals and entities in transactional real estate matters and companies with general corporate matters.

While in law school, Rachael externed for the Hon. Juan R. Sánchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and for the Hon. Barry C. Dozor of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. Additionally, she interned at the Villanova Civil Justice Clinic and the Villanova Law Institute to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation. Rachael was an articles editor for the Villanova Law Review, vice president of the Pro Bono Society and a member of Stradley Ronon’s summer associate class. She also received both the Dorothy Day Award and Philadelphia Bar Association’s 2017 Eve Biskind Klothen Award for pro bono service to the community.
