Nathan Grossman

Overview

Nathan Grossman focuses his practice on advising multinational corporations and boards of directors in securities litigation and enforcement actions, complex commercial litigation, internal corporate investigations and white-collar criminal defense.

Nathan maintains an active pro bono practice, including the representation of multiple asylees in immigration court. Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Nathan was an associate with the Chicago office of an international law firm. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. While in law school, Nathan worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Terrence G. Berg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
