Sandra Hashima


Sandra Hashima focuses her practice on corporate transactions, representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Sandra was an associate for another large Philadelphia law firm. While in law school, she was a research editor of the Temple Law Review. Before entering law, Sandra worked as a research associate for Invitrogen Corporation and Gen-Probe Inc., and as a technical specialist for Fox Chase Cancer Center.

In The Community

Sandra is a volunteer with the Support Center for Child Advocates, where she represents victims of child abuse in dependency cases before the Family Division of the Court of Common Pleas, and a volunteer with the Homeless Advocacy Project, where she represents homeless individuals with Social Security claims and appeals.
