Overview

Deborah Hong is the co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s corporate and securities practice group. She focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. She advises a number of publicly held and privately-owned companies in the technology, financial services, manufacturing and consumer products sectors. Deborah also provides corporate and strategic business counseling for a variety of clients.

Deborah is an active member of civic, charitable and industry organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, the Leadership Advisory Council of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania, and the Steering Committee of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative. She has also served on the board of trustees of The Center for Literacy and was previously a committee member for the Main Line Chamber of Commerce’s Society of Professional Women. Additionally, she served on the board of directors of the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Montgomery County.
