Linh H. Nguyen


Linh H. Nguyen focuses his practice on counseling investment companies including mutual funds, private funds, closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds, and investment advisers on regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues. He advises investment management clients in all aspects of legal representation, including drafting and reviewing registration statements, proxy solicitation materials, and other regulatory filings, researching various securities and corporate law issues, and preparing board materials.

Linh graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he served as Staff Editor for the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal, Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and Secretary of OutLaw. He was a Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society Fellow and received the Sender and Janina Szwalbenest Memorial Award.

He also served as Judicial Intern to the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky and David R. Strawbridge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; Law Clerk for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel; and Legal Fellow for The Vanguard Group, Inc.

Prior to law school, Linh worked as a paralegal at a high-volume immigration law firm in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. Linh received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
