Marc Pitts represents public and private companies in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, reorganizations, equity and debt financings, as well as general business matters. He also provides regulatory and compliance counsel to health care providers (including hospitals, health systems and physician practices) and insurers.

While in law school, Marc served as staff editor for the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal, was an executive board member of the Temple Business Law Society and served as a counselor on Temple Law’s Academic Core Enrichment program.
