Andrew Voystock represents public and private companies in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, equity and debt financings and real estate transactions. Andrew regularly forms, represents and advises business entities regarding general corporate matters including governance, fiduciary duties and compliance.
While in law school, Andrew served as Note and Comment Editor for the Temple Law Review and was a member of the Business Law Society and the Student Public Interest Network. Andrew served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Judge David R. Strawbridge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and was a member of the summer associate class at Stradley Ronon.
