Mischa Wheat represents public and private companies in corporate transactions including securitization and structured finance, corporate restructurings and reorganizations and general corporate matters. Mischa advises clients across multiple industries on cybersecurity issues, focusing on data breach investigation and response. He also assists individuals and entities in matters relating to bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and troubled loan workouts.
While in law school, Mischa served as executive editor of membership and recruitment for Drexel Law Review and was a student counselor for the Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic where he argued in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, winning a precedential decision. Additionally, Mischa was an intern with the Federal Public Defenders, Capital Habeas Unit in Wilmington, Delaware and was a member of Stradley Ronon’s summer associate class.
