Sydney Kockler advises individual and institutional clients on a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Sydney defends clients against claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability and personal injury, as well as business litigation. She regularly develops early-resolution and case-exit strategies — including motion practice, mediation and settlement negotiations — to mitigate risk and control costs. Her experience spans all phases of litigation, allowing her to provide practical, informed guidance at each stage of a matter.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Sydney was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm. She was previously a legal extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, and the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel.
