Stradley Ronon is committed to promoting equality and the advancement of Black attorneys in the legal field. In celebration of Black History Month, Stradley Ronon honored and celebrated the many contributions Black Americans made past and present to society, culture and, of course, law.
The Stradley Ronon Diversity Group presented and hosted a panel discussion about the unique experiences of Black professionals in the legal landscape. The panel featured Tashieka Hinson of Vanguard and Lilton R. Taliaferro Jr. of Independence Blue Cross.
In addition, the firm shared attorneys’ personal stories and advice for minority lawyers entering the legal field. The firm also highlighted the following 29 Black “firsts” along with those who have made a lasting impact and have inspired us to break barriers and shape a more inclusive society for all.
