Daniel Knox focuses his practice on the negotiation of derivatives documentation, both for investment management companies and in relation to commercial loan transactions.
Dan counsels clients with respect to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder. He has extensively represented clients on Regulation D private placements with accredited investors. Additionally, he has insurance regulatory experience and has been called upon to assist clients with filings required by state insurance departments.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Dan was an accountant with a large investment bank.

Dan is a member of the board of directors of the Philharmonic of Southern New Jersey, an 85-piece orchestra and the largest all-volunteer orchestra in the region.
