ETF Express reported on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)’s recent issuance of its order granting relief to Dimensional Fund Advisors to offer exchange-traded funds (ETFs) as a share class within a multiple share class structure (ETF share class).
Stradley Ronon serves as counsel to the Dimensional funds and prepared the exemptive application.
