Overview

Peter Bogdasarian is a partner and Chair of the firm’s E-Discovery Team. He focuses his practice on general litigation matters and is a member of the firm’s securities litigation and enforcement and white-collar defense practice groups. He possesses extensive experience with inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions initiated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, other federal and state agencies, and self-regulatory organizations. He also conducts internal investigations designed to advise and assist companies in preventing or responding to regulatory actions.

Peter serves as Chief Privacy Officer for the firm, and is responsible for protecting the firm’s data – including information received from our clients – from unauthorized access. He also counsels clients in connection with data privacy and cyber security-related issues.
