Joel Feldman focuses his practice on a broad spectrum of complex commercial litigation matters across multiple industries.
Joel handles civil disputes related to general business litigation, securities and employment. He represents financial services firms in securities defense matters involving allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, failure to supervise, and unsuitability. He also defends employers against claims of discrimination and harassment. Joel works with his clients through each stage of their legal matters, drafting motions and oppositions and assisting with all phases of discovery.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Joel was an associate at two California law firms. While in law school at the University of San Diego School of Law, Joel served as an intern for the Criminal Division, Appeals, Writs and Trials Section, of the California Attorney General’s Office; the Felony Division of the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office; and the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California
