Megan O’Neill focuses her practice on a broad spectrum of complex commercial litigation matters, including those involving legal malpractice, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, and discrimination.
Megan assists with various stages of legal proceedings, including drafting motions, pleadings and discovery requests in state and federal court. She has experience with direct examination of fact witnesses, second-chairing hearings, managing large-scale document review, and negotiating small-claims settlements.
Prior to Stradley Ronon, Megan was an associate at a Philadelphia-based commercial law firm. During law school, Megan was a student attorney for the Villanova Law Federal Tax Clinic, where she helped to represent low-income taxpayers in matters with the IRS.
